Seth was very helpful in arranging our last minute visit. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, a short walk from downtown Annapolis.

Wonderful
Dirty dishes and laundry
We were nervous about staying at an Airbnb during COVID but was assured by the owner that the house had been thoroughly cleaned. When we arrived we noticed there was no cups and very few pieces of silverware. We looked in the dishwasher and it was completely packed. Assuming these were clean but not put away one guest proceeded to use a glass to drink out of. A few minutes later we inspect other dishes and discover this is a dishwasher packed full of dirty dishes. I have never had that happen in an AirBnb, much less during a pandemic. It really had us questioning the cleanliness of the house the entire trip. In addition linens were still in the dryer. I have asked for at LEAST the cleaning fee back from the Owner but he will not even give that back.
Family Christmas
The house was perfect. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Beautiful front porch. Great space!
Christmas family event
The house was perfect for our needs. Large enough to have a family gathering for a pre Christmas dinner. Fenced in back yard perfect for kids and dogs. And being able to walk through Eastport was an added benefit. Great house for families.
Great Neighborhood
The bed and pillows were great for sleeping. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Nice large chair in front room very comfortable. The front bedroom was very quiet. Did need some updating. Walked to neighborhood restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Owner wanted us to leave early (8:30), but check out time was 10 am. Cleaners wanted to start early, but we already had set plans with family and wanted to leave at 9am. Owner was ok with that. I think check in and check out times should be followed.
