Definitely a good place to stay when you have work
The front desk workers are very friendly and extremely helpful and professional. The general manager made sure that I got an early check in and that my room was ready for me even though I arrived 4 hours early.

Had to completely check in, even after having a reservation. No real issues with cleanliness, just a lot of outdated furniture, which had some dents and holes. Booked a room with a pull out sofa, had to call down for linens and pillows for it. Utensils and dishes were upon request, but it took 30 minutes for them to bring them to our room. My biggest complaint is that I paid extra for the upgraded internet so that I could cast movies for my kids. The casting never worked and after an hour on the phone with tech support, I was left with "there's a problem". All in all, not a bad stay for the price, especially if you're not spending much time in the room.
