This beautifully-decorated 4-bedroom home in the heart of Historic Annapolis is located directly behind Main Street. The stunning view in the Room with the View on the top floor is worth the climb up the stairs!

**Parking is not on premises!! A dedicated parking spot at nearby garage (10/15-minute walk) is provided. Please contact us for details.

Spread out in the over-sized adult bedrooms (2 with King beds and one with a Queen) with an adorable 2-Twin bed bunk room for the kids. The upgraded kitchen and 2 1/2 baths are an added treat for your guests. There are two large dining tables - one in the dining room and one out on the private fenced-in patio.

When you are ready to enjoy the sites of Annapolis, just walk out of the house and through the alley (alleys are common throughout the City and many are great social media photo app spots!), where you'll find yourself on Main Street with all restaurants and shops and just a block from the Capital that you saw from your window! At the other end of Main Street is the famous Annapolis Waterfront. This is the perfect spot for those coming in for that special Naval Academy or boat show event, or looking to experience the sights and sounds of Greater Annapolis.

We love Annapolis, the location is great being so close to main street. Beds are comfortable, the house was clean. The original trim, floors etc were saved, the feel of an historic home is felt when enter the home. We enjoyed our stay, being able to walk to restaurants and Naval Academy was very nice.

Roomy and comfortable house located just steps off Main Street! Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen is well appointed and all the furniture is comfortable and cozy. Good instructions for check-n /check-out, and using features at the property. Will definitely book this property again when we visit Annapolis.

Mid week stay
The house was beautiful and very clean. You can’t beat the location in downtown Annapolis! I was disappointed to hear of the charge for early check in especially since the house was cleaned and ready to go. In other rental scenarios I’ve been able to check in early no probably unless there was a rush to clean it. We also had minimal toilet paper, but the property manager dropped some off quickly.

USNA Plebe Parent Weekend
This location was fantastic for a family weekend together. We (including our parents who are in the 70s and 80s) easily walked to Main Street shops and restaurants. The USNA Yard and museum are also walkable (but not easily for the older members of our party). The parking spot for this property was about a ten minute walk. We chose to park in the closer parking garage (3 block walk) and pay the $22 daily rate. We were pleased with that option.

Great home in a terrific location
Our family (six adults and two infants) had a terrific weekend in this home. It’s an easy walk to the harbor and the Naval Academy so did not need our car at all. The property manager was very responsive to a few questions that we had when we first arrived. Highly recommend this home if you are in town for a USNA event. .

Family Trip to Annapolis

Plebe Parent Weekend
We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location, clean, and well maintained. We didn't utilize one of the rooms, but the space was perfect for our stay. Most importantly, our daughter could relax and feel at home during our Plebe Parents Weekend. Our entire family felt at home. We had a few questions prior to our stay and during our stay - the property manager, "Cathy," always responded promptly and informative. Not truly a negative - The provided parking spot was in a secure garage, but not on location. With this said, I was able to use the Bird scooters to go from the house to the garage. This made it less of an issue. The parking was explained before booking, so it was expected.

Wonderful, historic home
We spent two nights at this gem, and it was such a nice relaxing getaway! We spent quite a bit of time on the back patio, which was tranquil, comfortable and secluded, despite having neighboring homes in every direction. The children loved sharing the 3rd floor, and it was great for the adults to have the luxury of that separation ;) Highly recommend this rental.

Great space, modern, clean. Nice outdoor space. Close to all Annapolis offers. On a busy street - traffic noise and lack of parking only drawback. We had to park quite a distance away in a lot.

This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was the perfect location for walking in to town, easy exit from town to go to other sightseeing areas, and a lovely, well kept home all around. The third floor room “with a view” was a great addition to an already wonderful property. Parking was easy to figure out. Stay here if you can!

We visited over Thanksgiving and were amazed at all the dishes and cookware in the kitchen! We were only two blocks from the shopping area and great restaurants! Only downside is parking. You have to park in a garage a block and a half away. Otherwise, this is a lovely home and I highly recommend it!

Spacious Gem in Heart of Annapolis
Wonderful house in downtown Annapolis. A group of friends came to Annapolis to celebrate a friend’s birthday in Bay Ridge. The house was a wonderful home base over the weekend with a wonderful yard. Sean was incredibly communicative and responsive. Would highly recommend it!
