Attention: the apartment is on the top floor and the elevator only goes up to the penultimate. Although located in the city centre, the quiet of your nights will be ensured by double glazing.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass on the edge of the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot: only 200 m separate the apartment from the Lake!
The bed is 140x200 cm ( Double ) and the studio is equipped with a TV with international channels.

🅿️ The nearest car park is the Bonlieu car park located 2 minutes walk from the accommodation.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move without a car during your stay (2 car parks nearby: City Hall and Bonlieu less than 200 m). Bike rental nearby (a beautiful bike path runs around the lake)
The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Sainte Claire or Bonlieu.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
