The staff on arrival were polite, friendly, quick and efficient. When we got to the room it was lovely, spotlessly clean and full of little touches to give you that treehouse feel, the whole hotel had a lovely relaxed feeling and you are literally just a few minutes walk from wherever you want to be. Will definitely be returning.

Steph on reception was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was immaculate, comfy bed and nice shower. Breakfast had a really good selection. Bar area has a nice ambience. Only a short walk from the train station. Second time staying and will be back. Everything was perfect
