Expedia lied to me, told me I would get a full refund (I have it in writing) and then screwed me out of $600 dollars. I will tell every person I know... TO TELL EVERY PERSON THEY KNOW... TO NEVER USE EXPEDIA BECAUSE THEY ARE DISHONEST AND ADD ZERO VALUE.

So the young lady that handled my check in (5 hours early) was a very friendly and extremly professional hostess. Her exact words were "We will make sure you are happy here" and they did. Hospitality at its best! I made another reservation for next week!

Should have had more than one soap bar in room and use larger dispensers in shower for shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Sink faucet was leaking.

I had a terrible stay at Microtel by Wyndham in Appleton. There were disgusting, unhealthy conditions in the room,(broken and removed cabinet and closet doors, air conditioner filters clogged with dirt and mold, fecal matter on the bed and bloodstains on the replacement sheets.) and when complaints were brought up to hotel staff we left feeling blamed and scolded with no compensation but to clean our room. I would recommend against staying at this establishment. Unacceptable conditions for a living environment. Rude staff.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioner did not cool the room off as it would turn off automatically. The hotel had a stench and I am a traveling nurse some the small thinks are essential to my stay.

room looked nothing like the website, the carpet was grimy and gross, three tiny pillows on the bed. room was way smaller than they look (which is fine) but it was very cramped even for just two people. walls were so thin and the ac made the worst ringing sound. just stay somewhere else honestly.

The property itself was very clean. However, when I walked into my room there was dirt on the walls . Granted they were not huge spots but they were noticeable enough housekeeping should have seen it when cleaning before. In the bathroom there’s a small sign telling you that they change your sheets and towels every 3 days unless requested. Had I of known this I would have asked for fresh sheets and towels for my own reassurance.
