“Do Not Stay Here: Bugs, Filth, and Hostile Staff ​Avoid this hotel at all costs. We had to cut our stay short and flee this property due to systemic hygiene and pest issues. ​Our first room was heavily soiled with hair on the floor. When moved to a second room, we found leftover food scraps and a greasy hairdryer. The building has an active pest problem—we saw bugs crawling in the public elevator and woke up to a live cockroach in our room while packing our bags. ​The worst part was the staff's……

“Very nice boutique hotel. Good size & clean rooms, comfortable bedding. Conveniently located close to the Redfern train station and local cafes. ”

“The room is relatively small in size, hard to open two large luggages. The basin is also small in size, it is located outside the bathroom so the water sometimes splash to the floor. Good vibe in entrance lobby and G/F restaurant. Easy to find a street parking outside the hotel.”

“This hotel is comfortable and near domestic airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Suitable for travelers who need to catch morning flights the next day. No free shuttle bus between hotel and the airport.”
