This independent cottage includes:
A living room fully equipped kitchen with air conditioning, a sofa bed for 2 people (Bultex mattress), a table + 4 chairs, a dishwasher (10 people), an oven, a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven microwave grill, flat tv.
A bedroom with 2 storage cupboards and independent air conditioning and a bed for 2 people.
A bathroom with shower and towel dryer and a separate toilet + washing machine.
At disposal chair and BB bed
A swimming pool 10 x 5 is exclusively available for the tenants of the house according to the defined time periods.
This cottage is classified 3 stars and allows payment by holiday vouchers.
Reminder: There is only one gîte on the property.
