The light in the kitchen was broken, the switch for ceiling light was also broken, the doors between dining and sleeping area are broken. Addressing any of these issues (we were only concerned about kitchen light as it made evening use impossible) was noted and then fully ignored by the property manager. TLDR: if you can't handle……

“To start with, the place shown in the photos (where some ruins can be seen through the window) is not the same building than the one whose address we were sent. The two places are actually 15 minutes away from each other. When we arrived to the given address, in a very shabby building, and we opened the door, the smell of urine was TERRIBLE. “Nightmarish experience. Booked this unit and received the instructions to get the key from a deposit box. There was no key and the unit was occupied. After trying several phone numbers, the person responsible walked out of the next building and claimed he has cancelled the reservation because Expedia won't let him charge a cleaning fee and that he won't be working with Expedia anymore. I received no cancellation notice. During all that my family and I were stranded for an hour on the street……

“This booking was an absolute DISASTER, we contacted the manager 3 days out asking for check in earlier than 1500, they said it was alright, apon arriving, they had changed their answer and said we couldn't check in until 1500 again, then shortly after that with much dead ended communication responded that we may check in. the code provided for the key box was the wrong code for every keybox on the premises, we notified the manager and they sent us a YouTube video giving us directions to another……

“The suits were beautiful. The location was nice and walkable to downtown. We ate at the cafe once and it was also a nice experience. ”

“The rooms were clean and big enough. There was option for daily room cleaning. The room was well equipped with iron, ironing board, fridge, wardrobe, electric kettle, coffee. The rooms had acces to a balcony. They have a restaurant right below the hotel. They provide beach towels. They provide information about models of transportation and which bus to take and the bus stop to use. The staff were very kind and friendly. We had a very beautiful experience with our stay.
