Great time on Mallorca
Very nice, small and cosy summer house in a calm location. Big pluses: location, cleanness, great kitchen equipment. A lot of hiking opportunities and hidden small beaches in the neighbourhood. Nice restaurant in the village and a local vinery only 2km away.

Unspoiled, glorious sunsets and wonderful views
A nice little property with all that we needed. The bed was comfortable and sitting on our terrace at all times of the day was a joy. Lots of lovely quiet, interesting places to visit nearby. The shower is a bit elderly but not a problem!

A lovely week in beautiful Mallorca
Good, though the owner seemed rather remote and it was quite difficult finding information on theHome Away website. It was easy to to book and she would message us with information when asked for more information. It was a lovely cottage with everything one needed. We were allowed to use things that were there, but asked to replace anything that got used up. It is situated in a quiet village with a lovely view of the sea in the distance and Cape Formentor. It had one lovely restaurant called Casablanca where we went most evenings.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Häuschen mit Liebe zum Detail
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In diesem Haus ist einfach alles vorhanden. Es fehlt einfach nichts. Ca. 300 m zum Strand, zwar nicht sehr gut zum Baden aufgrund der vielen Felsen und Steine. Der Sonnenuntergang am Abend mit einer Flasche Wein zu beobachten ist jedoch idyllisch.

Jolie petite maison dans un coin tranquille
Très beau séjour à Majorque, Betlem est une petite ville loin de l'agitation touristique, au calme, mais qui réserve quelques belles surprises. Les commerces sont à moins de 5 min. La situation permet d'aller facilement sur la côte Est et le Nord. Prévoir 1h30 de route pour aller sur Soller, çà reste très faisable. La maison est très mignonne avec sa terrasse ombragée et la climatisation un vrai plus en août. Lotta est très facilement joignable. Si il y avait juste un point à redire : il faudrait un système pour occulter complètement le soleil au niveau des portes des chambres qui sont vitrées et sans volets. Mais sinon top!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit schöner Lage und guter Ausstatttung
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar brauchbare Pfannen und scharfe Messer, wie auch andere praktische Dinge zum Leben waren nutzbar. Die Einrichtung hat einen gelungen Mix aus ortstypischen Elementen und Dekoration mit schwedischen Einschlag mit einer Liebe zu handgemachten Accessoires. Der Außenbereich bietet vielen Möglichkeiten von Schatten oder Sonne, Essen oder Ruhen und phantastisch blühenden Pfanzen mit Meerblick. Die Betten haben sehr bequeme und wohl neue, gar nicht zu weiche Matratzen bekommen. Es stehen verschieden Bettdecken, je nach Temperatur, und eine Mosquitonetz zur Verfügung. Der eigene PKW Stellpaltz hinter dem Haus und der kleine "Hinterhof" zum Wäschetrocknen u.a ist sehr praktisch. Die Hinweise der Vermieterin vor Reisebeginn und nach Ankunft waren sehr hilfreich. Wir haben uns aus der Ferne gut betreut gefühlt.

Ruheoase zum Entspannen
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und perfekt für zwei Leute. In der Küche gibt es genug Platz und im Haus alles was man braucht. Zum Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir immer auf der Terasse gesessen und dort die Ruhe genoßen. Es gibt in der Gegend zwei Katzen, die um ihr Wirken wissen und sehr zutraulich sind: aufpassen, dass diese nicht unbeobachtet in die Wohnung laufen und man sie versehentlich einsperrt ;) Betlem selber ist ein Ort der Ferienhäuser - daher ist es dort sehr, sehr ruhig. Ein Auto ist unbedingt zu Empfehlen für Einkäufe oder um nahgelegene Ausflugsziele anzusteuern. Aber auch von Betlem kann man ein paar Touren starten (die Küste eintlang Strände hoppen oder zur Eremita de Betlem laufen). Beim nahgelegenen Strand ist zu beachten, dass dieser natürlich gehalten ist - kein Sand/Kiesel, sondern Seegras/Algen. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war einwandfrei und stets freundlich. Auch wenn man doch einige Unterlagen zum Check-In erhält, ist es doch relativ einfach. Zu Beachten ist die Mülltrennung und das Rausstellen (gibt eine Müllabfuhr) oder Wegbringen/fahren des Mülls zur Sammelstelle in Colonia St. Pere. Nicht im Preis auf FeWo direkt enthalten ist eine Art Kurtaxe/Ortstaxe: diese beläuft sich zu 2 Euro pro Person und Tag und soll bei Abreise in der Wohnung hinterlassen werden. Das wäre mein einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag an Lotta: die Taxe sollte hier auf fewo transpartent eingepreist werden. Wir empfehlen das Casa Paraiso vorbehaltslos, danke Lotta für die schöne Zeit.

Wegbeschreibung und Adresse haben wir erst erhalten, nachdem wir mit dem Auto schon unterwgs waren. Geldnachforderungen wurden gestellt!! Stinkende Schränke im Wohnzimmer. Nie wieder dort Urlaub!!

Apartamento tranquilo en Betlem
El apartamento está bastante bien y es bonito. Tiene un jardín delante y una plaza de parking detrás. La cama de matrimonio es cómoda. El baño es pequeño con una ducha algo incómoda para personas grandes y poco espacio para las cosas de aseo, aunque la ducha exterior está bien y es cómoda al venir de la playa si quieres agua fría. La cocina está bien equipada, pero falta espacio para guardar los alimentos fuera de la nevera. El espacio y los dormitorios son suficientes para dos adultos y un niño. En la terraza hay un toldo tipo vela que con el viento se rompieron los anclajes y que pusimos con cuerdas provisionalmente. El mar se ve un poco lejos. Es tranquilo, sin ruidos. Está acondicionado con aire y ventiladores y además está ventilado naturalmente. No hay ninguna lectura en castellano ni en catalán, lo que es un poco chocante para clientes españoles. Entramos a las 15h y salimos a las 10h, con un poco de presión, ya que la persona de limpieza estaba en la terraza del apartamento a las 9:50h esperando para entrar. Sabemos que los siguientes clientes entraban a las 12h, así que nos tocó entrar en el último turno y salir en el primero, lo que no me parece bien. La propietaria ha sido atenta y ha contestado mis mensajes con rapidez. En general hemos estado bien.

Soggiorno da sogno!
L'appartamento è molto grazioso, comodo, pulito e molto accogliente. Curato nei minimi dettagli e con tantissime cose utili per un soggiorno senza problemi e con una terrazza comoda per rilassarsi e mangiare all'aperto. A pochi minuti a piedi da una caletta carinissima. Betlem è un paesino piccolo, silenzioso e tranquillo. E' una posizione comoda per chi vuole fare una vacanza in relax , lontano dai rumori, da cui si possono raggiungere in 20 / 30 minuti le belle cale di ratjada, platya de moro, porto cristo etc. I proprietari sono disponibilissimi!

Nettes Domizil in Betlem, allerdings täuschen die Fotos etwas.
Wohnraum mit Küche sehr ansprechend incl. den Küchenutensilien. Sehr gut gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer bedarfsgerecht,für uns das Bett etwas zu weich. Die Terrasse ist renovierungsbedürftig und für Ende Oktober nicht sehr einladend. Gefehlt hat mir auch der angesagte Grill (Hab ich vielleicht übersehen). Die Abwicklung mit Übernahme und Abgabe unkompliziert. Wir haben Freunde in Colonia Sant Pere und haben uns größtenteils dort aufgehalten, Alles in allem in Ordnung!

Bel endroit pour des vacances ressourçantes

Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Wohnung
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Betlem. Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet. In ca. 15 Gehminuten kommt man von dort aus zu einem wunderschönen kleinen Strand in einem Naturschutzgebiet. Vielen Dank liebe Lotta für den Aufenthalt, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :-))

Perfekter Herbsturlaub
Schönes kleines Haus, gelegen in ruhiger Umgebung. Im Haus gibts alles was nötig ist. Vor dem Haus sieht man das Meer, dahinter die Berge. Für uns war es ein richtig schöner Urlaub.

Ruhig Gegend und schön eingerichtet,
Die Gegend ist ruhig. (jedenfalls in der Nachsaison) Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Der Weg zum Wasser ist kurz. Für schönere Buchten muß man etwas weiter laufen. Dafür wird man dann aber auch mit traumhaften Badebuchten belohnt. Verständigung auf deutsch war sehr angenehm. Die Wegbeschreibung am letzten Tag vor der Abreise hätten wir gerne etwas früher gehabt.. Ansonsten rundherum zufrieden....

Saubere, schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der “Casa Paraiso“. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, sehr ansprechenden Lage, ist stilvoll und passend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Absprache mit der Vermieterin lief gut und einfach ab und auch das Beziehen der Wohnung außerhalb der angegeben Check-in Zeiten hat problemlos geklappt. Gerne wieder!!
