“I couldn’t even check in because staff couldn’t get ahold of me nor vice versa. Would not recommend”

“Although the staff was great, this is definitely not a hotel and YOU EXPEDIA should not sell as such. Zero amenities; they gave a small bash wash and shampoo pouch as soup! No room cleaning ( they said once a week- hello! I’m not staying a week!! Broken coffee and laundry machine. No extra pillows for blankets available.”

“The place was cleaned and the personnel was courteous. By my mistake, I thought it was a 10 minutes walk to city center, but we had to take the bus, which wasn’t bad but not what we had in mind. The room is too small. We didn’t use any of the facilities since we went for the “encierro” and enjoy in Casco Viejo.”

“Una auténtica vergüenza. Sin aire acondicionado, telarañas por la habitación, sin tirador de la persiana con lo cual no podías subir la persiana, calor durante la noche. Y aunque pudieras subir la persiana, podrían poner al menos una mosquitera o se te mete, como se me metió, toda la fauna del lugar. A las 3:00 am me tuve que marchar para buscar otro hotel. No volveré jamás.”

“Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. Ten envían un código de acceso y se quedan tan anchos.Dicen "vistas a la montaña", lo que no dicen es que además a los contenedores de basuta y a los tubos de refrigeración. Nada de……

“I stayed one night as I was doing the Camino. Perfect place to get a little rest and not too far from the original Camino path. You can do laundry and the place is very cozy. Also it was just renovated when I visited so everything was pretty new. The bathroom is 5* The hosts were super helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here!”
