Told us about breakfast places. Was overall super friendly which was a great start. The room was super clean with towels laid on the bed, tea and coffee waiting with sugar and water and cookies. Arundel es muy bonito pero no hay mucho que hacer, nosotros nos quedamos una noche y creo que es suficiente.
El personal del hotel muy amable.
Solo tuvimos un pequeño detalle: la puerta de nuestra recamara no funcionaba bien, costaba un poco de trabajo avrirla e incluso cerrarla.
Todo lo demas estuvo super bien.”

“Requested accessible room - it was so far from the main part of the hotel we needed to drive and use a fire exit. In the bathroom the shower seat was rusted and broken, bathroom old, not maintained and dirty. The pillows stank and we needed to request new (which were equally as awful). Bedding cheap and musty.
