"The staff for the most part was nice, the property is clean but there are cats everywhere, not everyone likes cats. Also there was little ants all over my room( though I never brought it to their attention). The whole ground in the resort is VERY SLIPPERY when it rains, I hope someone does not crack their head someday. The food in general needs an upgrade. The food in Alonzonia is bit better. They need to have nightly events to keep guest entertained. "

Five star experience at dinner from all the staff. Stunning surroundings within the complex. We were lucky enough to be surprised with being upgraded to one of the best villas. Never experienced this before and wondered what the catch was, but no catch. We really appreciated this wonderful gesture! We are already planning on returning, when we were there, a few other people were returning guests, which speaks volumes. "A beautifully designed resort with great food and fantastic private-pool villas We had a very good stay and genuinely appreciated how the hotel handled a difficult start. After an unpleasant experience with our airport pickup driver (not the hotel’s fault), the team very graciously upgraded us to a villa with a private pool — a gesture we really valued. The villa itself was fantastic: a huge pool, spacious rooms, and total comfort. We were thrilled with it. The food and drink options were another highlight. Everything was high-quality, and the food truck and ice-cream corner added a fun touch. The hotel layout and design are exceptional — it feels more like a thoughtfully designed village than a traditional resort. The kids club was fine and worked well for short visits. A few downsides: the beach is very rocky and gets extremely hot, so it’s not the easiest to enjoy, even though it’s conveniently close. And while most staff were helpful, the breakfast service often felt rushed and not particularly friendly, which stood out compared to the otherwise great experience. Overall, a beautiful property with strong food options and truly wonderful villas — we left happy and recharged."
