Excellent location, host was receptive to requests in a timely manner. Living space was not well cleaned: not vacuumed, spills on walls, kitchen shelves dirty. Bathroom was well cleaned. Though not the fault of the host, note that street parking is not free. This was not indicated on signs and wasn’t clear online. It would be helpful to have information of how to pay for street parking.

Perfect location for beach day, the property is close to everything, beaches, restaurants. 5 min walk from the water, which I really liked. The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. The property was clean and cosy. Really enjoyed it, definitely will be back!! :)

I loved how close I was to the beautiful beach and many restaurant options. The room was lovely and clean. The host helped me several times including when I parked in a parking lot and was locked in because I didn’t pick up the car in time for closing. Many thanks for your kindness and consideration!

In terms of location, this property is great, you are walking distance from Lake Vouliagmeni and from the bus 122 to take you to the metro which takes you into the centre of Athens. Some good food locations nearby aswell. The property itself was fine. Our view was mostly other apartment buildings. The interior was much to be left desired. Unfortunately, I found the bed quite uncomfortable, anytime you turned, the bed creaked loudly. There was no added extras like coffee or tea or bottles of water unlike our last apartment. The bathroom smelt really strange aswell. Be careful with the shower as the part near the taps becomes so hot I ended up accidentally scalding myself. The communication again was fine. Not personable like our last experience in Athens. I can't say I would recommend staying here as I would not come back in the future. It was just very mediocre.
