Easy access in and out of the airport using the sky train. We booked a room for an extended layover when returning from an international trip. Clean, quiet abd restaurants nearby.

The staff is helpful, though there are not many amenities for the price the hotel is enlisted for. They didn't have drinking water, or basic housekeeping stuff (like slippers, etc.). The hotel is overpriced for the facilities they have to offer.

The property had a lot of wear and was dirty. The rooms was decent but you could tell it was old and there were items broken. One of the elevators had vomit in it. The hotel front desk staff was amazing but the propety itself needs a deep clean.

The hotel was nice and the staff was amazing. Since it is a carbon neutral hotel and the power is off until used the room smelled a little musty.

Would have given five stars if they offered a decent breakfast, which is one reason I chose this hotel. For the price, breakfast should have had more options. Also, I am always surprised and annoyed when there is little selection of teas. In this case, only Earl Gray, which might be one of the only options I don’t like. Anyway, the only thing really worth eating was an orange. Eggs were not great, and with 15 minutes left before “closing” many options were already put away. If you’re open until 9:00/9:30, all options should be left out until then.

The person who checked me in was amazing! I was at the receptionist desk for less than three minutes with keys in hand a few hours early than regular check-in. Thank you so much! I’m grateful since I’ve only had two hours of sleep prior to getting here. It was nice to grab some breakfast and head to our room within 30 min of getting in town!

Property is very hard to locate when using gps and there are three different marriotts in the same area. Parking is "secured", but not really. It's gated to keep other cars from parking there (and from leaving apparently since you need a room key to exit the parking facility) but anyone can walk into the parking lot.. this is what happened when a fellow guest had their car broken into over night. Room clean but decor is dated. I've machine didn't work.

The property its self was nice. My problem is parking they charge you $40 a night to park which is crazy and its not disclosed when you book if i would have known i would of stayed some where else. That reason alone is why i wont stay again.
