Fire alarm went off in the entire building and everyone had to leave and go outside. After more than 30 minutes waiting outside in the heat, firestation staff came and it stopped. We went back inside and NO ONE came to talk to us, offer beverage od send an email to apologize and reassure us on what happened. Another incident in my bathroom: the toilet was clogged and it overspilled on the floor. I asked frontdesk to send someone. It took forever. And after they unclogged the toilet, they didn't even bother to clean. I had to ask 3 times for 2 hours before they sent a cleaner.

This hotel was perfect for our stay! We were attending a Braves game so it proved to be perfect walking distance/ bike riding distance to the game. It would also be a perfect place to park if just attending the game, as they have a safe lot that you can pay for! The staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean! We would recommend this stay to our family and friends!
