There was trash in a drawer and on top of a cabinet, the tv didn't work and was replaced with one without a remote control, so that one didn't work. They said they would come back and get the tv working, but no one came back to fix it. Two light bulbs were missing, there were exposed fan blades in the kitchen, a broken handle on a cabinet, and dog feces all around the area outside. Also, they were supposed to open at 8:00 AM. We went to return the key at 8:12 and no one was in the office or answering the phone. There was no place to return the key. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

This is the only time I have ever asked for a refund and got a different hotel. The entire complex is a bit run down, but nothing egregious. The first room I was given had handles missing off of cabinets, clearly, damaged table and countertops, and while the bed was made, and there was signs of an attempt at cleaning there was dirt and grime, especially in the bathroom and the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke. ( I asked for a non-smoking room.) the person working was nice and accommodating, and when I asked for another room, they obliged. The second room was better, but still had dirt and grime and while it did not smell of cigarette smoke, it did smell of mold. I ended up asking for a refund and the person working there kindly assisted me. I would not suggest staying here but if you want to take a chance, I think the staff will accommodate you in the event you need to leave.
