Everything was ideal. The hotel has an old charm appeal. The only thing off putting is when guests are coming into the hotel and slamming the doors. Hearing doors slamming in the middle of the night and you're a solo traveler is very unsettling, but other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

An amazing old building with a long history in a convenient location to a pub, a casino and the beach! Front desk gal was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The self serve coffee bags were a first and last, yuck! But if that's our only complaint, then that's great. We will definitely return and recommend!!

Been to Chelsea Inn a few times now. It's my favorite place in Atlantic City. It's a cool place & the antithesis of the sprawling cold big casino hotels. LOL the only real quirk is the "action" at the Chelsea Pub late night. I recommend Chelsea Inn wholeheartedly! 😎

Appreciate the charming antique decor and artwork, interesting items everywhere you look. Bedroom spacious and comfortable -- refrigerator much appreciated and large screen TV too. Bathroom sparkling and up-to-date. Breakfast included, so convenient. Close to beach & boardwalk (1-1/2 blocks) and attached bar & grill (Speakeasy) is just great. Issues: Window AC too close to one of our king beds, making it uncomfortably cold for person sleeping next to it. Maybe an easier way to access from the street -- many steps to climb to entrance.
