We thought it was the Chelsea by tropicana. It ended up being a bed and breakfast. It was quaint, old fashioned, and clean. No elevators cause it was a very old historic building. Not sure if there was a fire escape. Our room got so hot we couldnt sleep. It must have bern 80-85 degrees. No thermostat. No way ti call front desk. However, it was reasonable and a very cute place. Gotta fix that heat situation.
