I typically book a budget hotel for quick overnight stays so I am very accustom to the quality of Days Inn and Best Westerns and hotels of that type. They aren’t fancy by they do the trick for a nice and comfortable one night stay to get rest and feel refreshed in the morning. This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There were no redeeming qualities to this hotel besides the convenience of the location from the hotel to the boardwalk and AC train station. The lobby was dark and dirty, the hallways were dark and dirty, the room was dark and dirty. I had 4 lamps in my room and only two of them worked. The shower head was coated in mold. The shower floor was dirty. I refused to take a step on the extremely stained and loose carpet without my slippers on. I did not feel clean after my shower. All the screens on my windows were ripped. The free “breakfast” is coffee, a packaged muffin, and orange juice. I hate to write a negative review because I am always grateful for a budget hotel option in an extremely convenient location. However considering that this hotel was only about $150 less than the higher star rated options in the areas I would highly recommend springing the extra money of that is feasible for you. Because this option was a severe disappointment and did not provide any feeling of relaxation, comfort, or safety.

I did not stay at this facility…my sisters and I took one look inside the place and cringed…it looked to us like the hotel in the movies where the murderer hides out and the hourly trade is conducted. We were afraid that we might contract something. When my sister had to be let into a locked bathroom that rivaled a Port Authority public toilet we were out of there. I know now why it is non refundable. I lost almost $300 because I did not stay there so you can imagine how concerned we were. I am outraged that Expedia offered such a property. I am not sure I can use Expedia again. This is my second negative with Expedia—the first time, my accommodations were canceled with no notice in a city with multiple sold out concert functions (no rooms available in my selected area?.

Staff was wonderful. Hotel is dirty, dark...stuck in the 80s-90s We had to switch rooms after all 6 of us were unpacked due to a broken box spring, instead of just switching the box spring from one room to the other. Close to boardwalk but never felt safe enough to just walk alone. Parking lot was full of garbage which is just disguisting that people feel it is okay to be filthy. We got what we paid for. We ended up leaving early as the area, the hotel, the entire boardwalk experience was just unappealing. And if you want to inadvertently get high from weed, this is a hotel for you.

This hotel is just steps from the Atlantic City Boardwalk. We felt safe walking our kids the short distance through there and to the beach but likely wouldn't have chosen to be outdoors in the dark. The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed something. Our biggest 'negative' is that the breakfast, as shown in pictures, is not avaialble. They offered a prepackaged jucie and muffin, which were delicious, but wasn't what we had planned for. The property overall, was a little ran down and dated, but there wasnt anything major that was 'bad'.
