Our home is in a great location, just minutes to downtown Round Rock & only 25 minutes to downtown Austin. Each room is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities to ensure a relaxing and memorable stay!

Living Space:
Step into the spacious living room, featuring a cozy leather sofa, two armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV mounted above the fireplace. The room is adorned with tasteful decor and ample natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. The leather sofa also doubles as a pull-out bed, providing additional sleeping space for two guests.

Please do not set the A/C below 74°F. This may cause the A/C to freeze up. If this happens, you will be charged the service fee.

Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance. Fees are $50 per pet for stays under 7 days, $100 per pet for stays of 7–25 days, and $250 per pet for stays of 25–30 days. Stays longer than 30 days will reset pet fees at $25 per night, per pet. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee per pet in addition to standard fees. Pets must be kept off furniture, not left unattended unless kenneled, and cleaned up after. Potty pads are not allowed indoors. Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals must be declared at the time of booking, with documentation provided upon request. Failure to notify us in advance or settle pet fees may result in delayed check-in or booking cancellation without refund.

Please report any issues or damages within 3 hours of check-in. This helps us address any problems promptly.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.

Smoking is not allowed. If there is evidence of smoking, you will be charged the full cost of removing stains or odors.

Parties and events are allowed upon request and must be approved in advance. Unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Do not leave trash outside, as it may attract wildlife.

Park only in designated parking areas. Do not block other homes driveways or park on the lawn.

Do not remove household items from the property. Missing items will be charged to your account.

Please keep the property clean and tidy. Wash dishes before checkout and leave used towels in the bathroom.

Do not rearrange the furniture. If furniture is moved, please return it to its original location before checkout.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Items like wipes, sanitary products, and paper towels can cause damage to the septic system and will result in a repair fee.
