Established on 3.5 acres of historic Lady Bird Lake, this gorgeous apartment on the Lake is the perfect retreat for those who want to enjoy an authentic Austin living experience at it’s best. Here you will find a nice community & charming apartment enveloped in natural beauty & lakeside living!

You will have access to the entire apartment. The space is entirely yours to reside in. I am always one text/call away to assist you with anything you may require before and during your stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:
Very easily accessible & close to I-35, this location is just 1.2 miles from downtown 6th St. Located in East Riverside, 1.5 miles from Austin convention center and 2.6 miles from Frank Erwin center- University of Texas.

The property is 2.3 miles from the State Capitol building and 3.7 miles from Texas Memorial Stadium. Barton springs pool is 4 miles away . The nearest Airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport 8 miles from the property.

GETTING AROUND:
Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website)

Some needed reapirs

Overall it was good. There were some repairs that need to be made. They had epoxy the tub and it was coming off and made my wife almost fall and hurt herself. The sink was clogged in the bathroom. The bathroom was an insurance claim waiting to happen.
