The place was so spacious, perfect for our family of 4, and had a beautiful view of the city. We had a car, so we paid for the convenient parking garage. On the first floor entrance lobby, we were able to get free coffee and fill up our water bottles. We had no issues at all with checking in to the apartment, we just followed the instructions that were provided. The apartments are beautiful, featuring high-end fixtures, concrete floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows with great views of downtown. Everything was extremely clean and tastefully furnished. The Kasa staff and team are truly top-notch—super responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free. Renting with Kasa far exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. But, great location, felt safe, very clean and amenities were great (we used the pool and gym). Bed in 2nd room was reportedly extremely uncomfortable but main bedroom mattress was memory foam and nice. Texting with “front desk” worked well during business hours but after hours you got AI and it was not helpful at all with info about the property or surrounding area. Rug on floor was a huge trip hazard (curling up on corner), asked for someone to fix, and although promised, never happened in 3 night stay. And of course, as mentioned by multiple reviewers, the process to check in and park (although very clearly explained) is a huge pain. But I was prepared for that because of the reviews.
