I was double charged. I booked and paid through Expedia. When I arrived at hotel and was checking in I looked at my bank account and there was 2nd charge from the hotel. I spoke to the girl at the front desk about it and she said she would tell her manager. We get up to our room and shortly after I get a call from the front desk that the extra charge was released. I wait til the next morning (because it was 8pm or so when we checked in) and saw that indeed the 2nd charge was no longer in the pending charges in my bank account. HOWEVER, when I looked again after 5pm on the day we checked out the hotel HAD processed the 2nd charge to my bank account. We were in town for a very close friend who was placed in hospice and I really didn't need to deal with this. So I call the hotel and 1st- had to argue with the same girl who checked us in that we HAD indeed been double charged and THEN was told " oops... we will refund you but it takes 3 - 5 business days. " This is completely unacceptable. I am going to contact Hilton directly as well. I liked the hotel but this issue means I will not stay here again. I dislike incompetance. I now have to deal with "your" (hotel's) screw up because you don't care about paying attention to details.
Staff was friendly. Could not get early check-in around 1:30 as no rooms were available. My guess is that too many people take advantage of late check-out which prevents any early check-ins which is disappointing.
Absolutely no complaints at all. Very nice and clean and was excellent location for us. Staff was super friendly! AC was extremely good too! Just wish they had an outdoor pool. We will definitely book this hotel again!

The only thing was it was not so easy to get into the parking area if you didn't know where you were going you could get turned around very easily

Thinks have sure changed in two years. Our last stay we got free breakfast and they cleaned and replaced our towels every day. This time had to pay for breakfast and had to get towels at main desk. Just not the same but I guess that is the result of changing times.
