Just updated,with putting green. 5mi 2 Airpt&Dwtn. Great for family & business.

  • 4 bd /3 bth newly renovated inside and putting green beautifully decorated home within 5mi of all Austin has to offer. The house offers 2 PlayStations, 4 TVs with Roku, Netflix, full working kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 living rooms, enclosed back yard with patio and bbq and putting green, king size bed in the master bedroom, bunk bed and trundle in 4th bedroom (which makes for a great kids room), 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds, and 1 air mattress just incase. Lots of games, This is the perfect place for friends, families with kids, or business travelers looking for the perfect home away from home. The home only allows 12 ppl max. No parties allowed. Also, we have a boat that fits 10-11 people including the captain, that we take people out on (3 hours minimum). You can wakeboard, wake surf, tube, go to party cove, or just swim and go for rides. quiet location which is nice. Communication was very good from the time of booking many months in advance.I had even asked if the frig had an ice maker and the new one didnt and at arrival there were 2 bags of ice in the freezer for me. Very nice

didnt have mgrs number on original paperwork. patio furniture was older with holes in pieces. Could have had enough for at least 4 occupants. Rug in main bedroom got in the way to close door. Location was great! Made it easy to get to shops, restaraunts, and easy to get on expressways. Bathroom was quite small.

Great spot

We were in town for a conference. This is a quiet neighborhood, and it was perfect for what we needed. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with, and responded much more quickly than I ever would have expected. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Quiet yet near everything

Very spacious for the family. Had no issues with any items. Very close to several parks which we loved for the babies. So many food trucks. We got to try many new foods.

Quiet house in South Austin

The host was great, very responsive to questions. The house was nice, plenty of space and kid friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, not a lot of traffic, and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Austin. Overall, great rental and would stay there again given the opportunity.

Austin Xmas Trip

Spacious, bright, nice neighborhood. Host lives on same street. Pretty good location for exploring Austin. Slight negatives: Did not receive check-in information from host via VRBO prior to arriving. We had to call them from the driveway of the property to get the door code. They were very apologetic and it could have just been a glitch with VRBO. The backyard fence was falling apart which didn't look the greatest but, we weren't there to sit in the backyard anyway. If we were to visit Austin again, I would consider staying at this house again.

Seriously needs a better house cleaner/repairs

As soon as you walked in the home reeked of weed. Had to air out the house with all the doors open because it was so bad. Found a ball of hair in the kitchen sink. Empty condom wrapper on top of one of the beds. Missing tile from the bathroom. Poor water pressure in the front bedroom. And the showerheads look like they were about to fall off . Holes in the wall. Hand prints from dirt/and or make up on the wall. all the extra linens smelled of weed. The yard looks like it has not been taken care of in months. Wall outlets not working. The AC is not evenly distributed. One side of the house was really cold and the other side was really hot. A lot of house repair work needs to be done and a better housekeeper. A pretty decent location.

This is a great house for a small family. The host was really communicative and fixed an issue we had with a doorknob really quickly. The area had a ton nearby - easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. Our group was a little large for the home - the kitchen is on the small side and the dining table only has seating for 4, so it may be difficult for a large group if you’re planning to cook there. I would stay again with a small group.

Very enjoyable stay! This property met our needs with plenty of space for everyone in our group. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi did not work, but we weren't there enough that it was an issue.

This was a last minute booking because our other property had to cancel. The house was comfortable and clean. The host was very accommodating, getting a pot and ladle for me to serve chili. My only complaint is that one of the bathrooms did not have hot water.

Great Location and Quite Neighborhood

The house was clean and has been recently updated and painted. The beds were comfortable and we found the neighborhood to be quite, yet convenient to a lot of attractions and good restaurants and music venues nearby. Also easy to get to from the airport and to downtown Austin.
