SXSW Stay for Work

My business partner and I stayed at this location along with our spouses. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable.The owners or managers communicated easily.We felt safe in this area as well.

Very clean apt

The host, Daniel made our overall stay was very easy. He responded very promptly for all my requests. The apt is super clean & comfortable. The location accessibility is great & walkable distance to many good restaurants. We stay at the same place again if we are in Austin. Thank you!!

The best!

Exceptional in every way! Super clean, comfortable and perfect distance for the places we need to go. Seriously, the cleanest place we’ve stayed and we travel frequently. Everything you need they’ve thought of. Decor is chic but still comfortable. Communication was great. This will be our go to place to stay in Austin! Thank you!!!!

ATX Long Weekend

A wonderfully located and thoughtfully decorated unit located 15 minutes from everything and anything in ATX! My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed what the area had to offer. Dan and Bill were communicative upon our arrival to Austin. There are plenty of coffee shops, stores, and restaurants within walking distance of the property. We'd recommend this to anyone wanting to stay outside of the downtown area!

Fantastic First Time in Austin!

This 2 bed/2 bath rental is beautiful and well appointed and in the center of everything! Dan and Bill are so thoughtful with so many recommendations of things to do, see and eat in the area. It’s also a short trip to Hamilton Pool, Mt Bonnell, South Congress, UT Austin and more. Fantastic place in a great location! We will be back! Thank you!

Austin girls weekend

Four of us came together for a friendship reunion weekend. The beds and showers in this place are amazing! Easy check in/out process and clean/comfortable accommodations. Great location!

Great place to stay and a good deal

This was a girl’s weekend, and we loved the space. It’s a very nice place, well stocked, and nicely appointed. The location wasn’t bad, but it is a short Uber or bike ride into Austin. Also anyplace nearby shuts down early, but Walgreens (in the parking lot) is open until midnight and has a great selection of snacks, beer, and wine. We really enjoyed walking to Matt’s for margaritas and a delicious lunch.

Clean, well equipped condo near town

Property was clean and well equipped for a weekend in Austin. Quick uber trips to everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to communicate with owners. Would recommend.

Gorgeous Place in Great Location

We were in town visiting my son for his birthday & this place was a perfect location. It was close to everything! And the condo was gorgeous & very clean! Communication with the property manager was also great! We will definitely stay at this place again!!

Lamar Condo- Location Location Location

This property is amazing! It is beautifully appointed, clean and so comfortable. We loved the location with so many great places to eat and the proximity to downtown. The host was very responsive! Highly recommend and we will certainly be staying here again.

Fabulous weekend

There was nothing I would change. This condo was exactly liked it looked in the pictures. The welcome book was fantastic and had lots of great suggestions on where to eat within walking and we ate at 3 of them and loved them all. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend with our son! We would definitely stay there again!
