Set directly on the Eagle-Vail Golf Course (Nineteenth Fairway, aka the driving range), the condo offers instant access to a range of seasonal activities. The free, local Vail and Avon bus lines are close-by, making it easy to make first chair.

The property is walking distance to an olympic-sized community pool, 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts with daily open play. Additionally, there is a serene lake with a beach for digging in the sand, kids playground, hiking and biking trails, and that's just summer!

In the winter, the golf course becomes nordic ski trails, the lake an ice skating rink, and there are plenty of places to sled. This condo is made for families and friends who want easy access to the outdoors.
