Sleek and Modern Penthouse at the Beaver Creek Entrance, with Private Shuttle
This gorgeous penthouse is located in The Ascent, Beaver Creek Resort’s newest complex. Situated in Lower Beaver Creek Village, guests can enjoy easy access to local restaurants and shops in Avon.
Guests at this penthouse loft are treated to a newly renovated, open-plan and fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. In addition, the property includes a large living room and formal dining area, as well as vaulted ceilings and large windows.
This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 406 The Ascent have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more.
The bedroom configuration for this property is as follows:
Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom
Two Guest bedrooms with King beds and en-suite bathrooms
Guest room with two Queen beds and en-suite bathrooms
All bedrooms are fitted with large, flat screen HD televisions.
Guests staying at The Ascent are welcome to take advantage of the multiple amenities on offer. These include the communal indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center and steam room, outdoor patio with a fire pit and additional hot tubs, private storage lockers for ski and equipment, scheduled shuttle service to slopes during ski season, a children’s game room, adult sports lounge and reading room. Parking for one vehicle is available in the outdoor parking lots.
Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway from the moment you book. Your dedicate Property Host will reach out 7 days prior to arrival with directions and check-in details. Property access codes will be sent the day of arrival.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.
For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
**Due to rules established by the Ascent Home Owner's Association, only two rental guests are allowed to stay in each bedroom, with the exception of infants under the age of one, regardless of bedding configurations. No pets allowed.
This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.
