The nearby Riverfront Gondola provides easy access up to Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek to enjoy all the mountain activities in the winter or summer. The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, open to the dining and living room with a gas fireplace and private balcony with Beaver Creek mountain views. Walk past the full hall bathroom to the two separate bedrooms. Seasons building has private, underground parking.

It’s ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking, and walking, and transforms into an ice skating and fishing spot in winter. The park also hosts various community events throughout the year.
