If you are looking for a place to call home while entrusting your holidays to a Superhost for exceptional service, this comfortable & cozy flat is the perfect place for you!

The flat is located in a quiet area of Ayia Napa, within walking distance from Nissi Avenue, where you can find shops and restaurants and have a short walk to Nissi Beach! The new Marina and the Waterpark are within a short distance!

This tidy and fully equipped apartment is located meters away from Nissi Avenue, the busiest street in Ayia Napa where you can find all the important and necessary amenities that you will need during your stay.

The apartment is cozy, guest friendly, and highly operational, it can easily accommodate up to 5 adults, it is fully air-conditioned to keep you cool during the hot sunny days, and has a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy your time with your morning tea or that cold beer in the afternoon.

As you walk into the apartment you will come upon the well-designed living area! You will find the fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, a stovetop, a kettle, all the cookware you will need along with enough plates and cutleries for you and everyone else staying at the property with you. In the kitchen area, you will also find a small table that can sit up to 4 people!

Further inside you will find the living room that features two comfortable sofas, a small table, and a Smart TV the perfect place to sit and relax after you have spent a full day enjoying what Ayia Napa has to offer!

Further inside the flat, you will find two air conditioning bedrooms. One is featuring a double bed, cloth storage, and access to the veranda.

The second bedroom is featuring a bunk bed and cloth storage.

The bathroom has a large bathtub that you can fill with water and relax, a sink, and a toilet.

Missing sunbeds

One of the main reasons for booking this apartment was the large sun terrace with sunbeds as shown in the photos. On arrival there were no sunbeds. After a week of correspondence with the rental agency we were informed that the owners had stated the sunbeds were broken so they removed them and decided not to replaced them. We were also informed that since then the photos had been updated and we must have booked the apartment before this. I checked their website, VRBO as well as other rental websites and suprise suprise the photos showing the sunbeds were still posted on all sites. There was also no mop and bucket for cleaning the floors which the agents knew about but did rectify after 4 days. The apartment is in a good location for Nissi beach, with bus links into town and a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Pool and surrounding area clean and never too busy.
