“Business trip within the Benelux region with a lot of road travel. Really happy to have found this gem of a spot for a feeling of relaxation, well being whilst a good dumping of endorphins and dopamine using the gym facilities before a flight from Brussels south. Facilities on offer fantastic, shame I don’t get to use the spa facilities. (Next time) Comfortable nights stay, very clean conditions, staff absolutely fantastic who all go out there way to make sure everything is done for……

“This hotel is at the doorstep of the train station. Literally in the mall across the street. Go in, reception is on the third floor. The reception staff are very accommodating and friendly. Although the room is small it is adequate. I’ve never seen a mall as huge as this. Oh, and you will be close to the old part of the city. ”

“Beautiful property (could use a little bit of refreshment - hallway rugs are very worn in part of the hotel), but the rest is great. Staff was amazing and helpful. We had a wonderful four course dinner and the breakfast was nice too.”

“Perfect and good food”

“Great place to stay for Efteling. Right next to the park, with its own entrance. Rooms are top-dollar but they're big, clean and comfy. Restaurants are fine, with a nice breakfast menu and good dinner selection. Some of the menu is nouvelle-style - fish portions are tiny, for example, so look around and clock what looks good on other plates. I recommend the bar snacks platter, enjoyed it for dinner. The staff are amazing - so friendly, and Famke was just so helpful when we had ticket issues,……
