Holiday Apartment 'Anke Günther' with Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in a quiet area of Bad Kissingen, this beautiful, modern 50 m² holiday apartment welcomes up to 4 guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed, bed linen, and TV, plus a bathroom with a shower-bathtub and towels provided. The spacious living and dining area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large curved TV, and a comfortable massage chair. An L-shaped sofa with a pull-out function provides extra sleeping space. A separate workspace with a desk and office chair allows you to work productively during your stay. Modern amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, video-on-demand, and convenient self-check-in.



The property covers over 3,400 m², most of it landscaped like a park. Numerous sun and shade loungers and seating areas invite you to relax. A whirlpool with massage jets, multiple seats and loungers, and year-round heating is a highlight. Another highlight is the beautifully situated pool surrounded by greenery, which heats up on its own in spring, summer, and autumn thanks to its cover. Both can be used by apartment guests in consultation with the host.



A spot by the pond with water lilies invites you to linger (not for swimming). There is also a physical therapy practice on the property. With timely booking through the host, massages, foot care, and cosmetic treatments can be arranged. Feel free to help yourselves to a wide variety of organic fruit in the garden, depending on the season.
