The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: lawn, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. **Your holiday apartment** **Your studio** offers 1 room (from which 1 bedroom), is 20 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Air conditioning is optionally available for 2000 Ft/night or 5 Euro/night. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. The for 2 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs and porch swing. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with (3 burners), refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. The for 3 persons. You have access to the terrace.
