The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. At one end is a table and chairs for four. There is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and large screen TV. Upstairs are two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one double. The roomy bathroom features a bath with shower over. The cottage has gas central heating with a combi boiler providing on-demand hot water. Outside is a charming courtyard garden fitted out with bench seating on three sides and a dining table. A perfect location in the perfect village with short access to local pubs and walking paths. The locals are extremely friendly and will say ‘hello’ as you walk through the village.
