“Okay for one night ”

“Amazing resort for the price. You won’t be disappointed”

“Wasn’t good experience. Room wasn’t clean enough. Very old furniture. They need to do some remodels on their property. From 1 am to 5 am, neighbour was making loud noise and singing, and at 8 am they go to sleep. Not enough towels for two persons in bathroom! Lots of small and important things in to be changed in their property. Pillows are not comfortable at all! They had old carpet! The location is amazing, there are amazing walk ways nearby, but in front of property there is a construction……

“good”

“The staff in the front desk get off work too early. During the working time, nobody answered the phone to solve the issues.”

“Amazing experience at this place! Me and my boyfriend spend a wonderful night here. The room was warm and clean, and staff working here was friendly and helpful. They also have a cool bar located next door! Definitely recommended and will stay again next time :) ”

“Very friendly staff and helpful I should say! It was a bit cold to use the pool but it was clean, the rooms were very clean and cosy, location was easy to get to quiet and peaceful. I will deff be staying here in my future travels to big bear!”

“Good”

“Excellent ”

“En general, la limpieza estaba bastante bien, aunque encontramos una araña cerca del sofá y una telaraña en una de las ollas que estaba adentro de los gabinetes. Por otro lado, ¡el jacuzzi está genial y la chimenea de gas calienta de maravilla!”

“I really like this place and I plan to visit soon next year! Best part is dog friendly :)”

“Staff was very helpful, and nice. Really friendly guy. I feel bad only giving 3 stars, for him alone. The reason for the lower rating is the room was tiny, barely room for the bed and a small dining chair. Very small (clean) bathroom. Paper thin walls. It's one of those places, you stay just to sleep. Room had a tv, AC and heat, a bathroom with a shower. It's close to the village. The kitchen food is good.”

“2 TV sets but all shows NO SIGNAL. WIFI connection is not available. Service center only reply: SORRY. Bathroom water is not hot enough to enjoy bath, NO sign of HOT and COLD on bathroom faucet, it is confusing. the lock of window in balcony side is broken, it is difficult to closed. ”
