“This is a beautiful home nestled in the mountains of Flat Rock. It had everything we needed and was a lovely retreat. The home is a short drive to downtown Flat Rock, which was wonderful!”

“We stayed there recently and we absolutely loved the pool and the hot tub. Shaun and Jody are amazing hosts. Our cabin as one of the cabins that isn’t quite remodeled yet but it’s in great condition and was big enough for an entire family ! It was spotless and the bed was comfortable. My only wish list was to have a mountain view but for the price I’d definitely stay there again. We loved how close we were to the lake and Chimney Rock. Great place to relax and breathe in the fresh air.”

“Best. Cabin. Ever!! If you don’t have a vehicle with AWD, go get one ASAP and get to this cabin! Everyone should experience this at least once. For those who love any kind of camping, this is heaven; for those who don’t, this is mountain glamping! The shower is amazing- cold but my skin never felt so good afterwards! Sunset, night stars, and sunrise all like watching God paint- unbelievable. We reheated leftover pizza in the iron skillet on the propane burner and it was crispy deliciousness with……

“Stayed here for two nights with my husband. The cottage was exactly as expected. Quiet, cozy and very comfortable. We saw bears walking up the driveway to our car while we were sitting on the porch. First time seeing them. The birds in the evening sounded surreal. The hot tub was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this cute cabin! Thank you!”
