“Amazing staff are a treat at the hotel. My apologies for the spelling, but Livie and Ulun at the front desk were so helpful. Livie gave us some sightseeing suggestions, reserved a table for breakfast and a pair of seats on the shuttle, found my Marriott ID, gave us a late check out and upgraded our room. Amazing, without being asked. The staff at the Eatery went out of their way to provide a great dinner and breakfast. Ezza was a prompt and helpful shuttle driver. Wayon, one of the managers,……

“There was no real areas for the storage of clothing. The rack for hanging clothes, fell off the wall with 10-15 pieces of hanging clothes. Better dressers or sturdy shelves need to be provided for guests that stay there for more than a few days.”

“Luar biasa!! Proses check in dan out mudah dan cepat tanpa deposite. Kamar bersih, wangi, ac dingin, nyaman. Saya menginap dengan tipe kamar Single ( 1 twin ). Sarapan juga OK, saya telat datang di jam 10 lewat 10 menit untuk sarapan tapi masih di layani dengan baik. Rasa makanan juga enak. Saya selalu suka dengan menu Ikan sambal Dabu. Area parkir tidak terlalu luas. 100 meter ada minimarket dan beberapa tempat makan. ”

“The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with.”
