“It was difficult to find the pick up point for the shuttle bus, the airport needs more so she and the hotel should provide more / better instructions with booking confirmation. Once at the hotel everything is great. Note shuttles run every 30 min except there is no 9am or noon shuttles. So plan accordingly for your arrival time”
“overall it was good but in the room housekeeping had forgotten to refill our handsoap and shower. it was also strange not to have any plugs near the bed/sidetables but only across the room, as it was not possible to plug our phones or PCs that way.”
