First room they assigned already belonged to someone else. Second room smelled like smoke. The third room was finally acceptable, but at first told us they didn’t have anything available. It took us almost leaving for a different hotel for them to find us a new room.

We have stayed here multiple times But this last trip was not as enjoyable. Was treated very poorly upon arrival and staff was arguing in front of us. Lighting in the room was very bizarre because you couldn’t turn the bathroom switch on unless the hallway light was on. There was very little hot water and water pressure. We had to use the pull out sofa and the blankets and sheets you could tell we’re not even washed because they were not folded in the bag and it was not zipped so it look like it was just thrown back in there. Breakfast was horrible as there was not anything restocked and the food was cold. Will definitely be looking for a new hotel on our trips up and down the coast next time

When we arrived they gave us a room partially cleaned with towels on flor and cleaning spray on sink. They moved us and gave us a free night. After that things were ok. We came here after leaving the adjacent Hampton Inn which was disgusting. Have always stayed at Hampton because of quality and consistency until this experience. Having stayed in both back to back I am unsure what the suite brand provides that justifies its increases price and lack of free breakfast. Rooms were basically the same

When I tried to check in. The guest services told me they gave my room away because I did not prepay for the room. I explained that Expedia had the pay later option. She told Me they were booked. I asked her if canceled the reservations would I get charged. She told me no but they stilled charged me one night.

The pool was very crowded even though it was supposed to have a limit of 15 people at a time... the chlorine in the pool water was also way too strong... some staffs are friendly, not all... Our room was clean and A/C was great in the room so our sleep was decent.
