This property is vintage with modern rooms. Beautiful and affordable place to stay. It’s a 10 out of 10. They just need a better valet parking situation. It took way too long to get our vehicle during check out.

Rooftop closes at 11pm even on weekends, the advertised breakfast buffet was false advertisement as it was not available, there are no vending machines so waking up at 3am thirsty, i called front desk, they were out of water bottles, so i had to use a water fountain carry it back to my room with a cup. Mold all in the bathroom, the rooms were dark. I am just noticing they charged my card a final charge of 98 dollars, all used was parking and bought a soda. I called 8 times and they keep hanging up on me.

Arrived early, room ready, but they would charge for early check in - really? For a 2 he early check in, that’s unreasonable. Valet parking also very slow to get car. Hotel history is nice but could use a refresh, especially the bathrooms.

There was someone in my room when I arrived. So we had to go back to the front desk and let them know. Then I was given a double bed when I paid for a King size bed so we had to go back to the front desk for that as well.

While the beginning of my stay began with a kind front desk woman and a clean room, the night slowly went into turmoil. I had 3 other guests staying (and assisting in paying the bill) in the room with me, as well as a few other guests meeting to go to the hotel's rooftop bar to celebrate my birthday. After leaving the rooftop, multiple individuals became stuck in an elevator. While we were assured that this happens on occasion and is easily fixed, the situation spanned to over an hour. We talked with security personnel and the front desk multiple times throughout the experience and they did not seem to care AT ALL even as we approached the hour mark of individuals being stuck. Nothing was done by the hotel staff during the situation, which was not resolved until my partner called the fire department to have them pry open the elevator. It was honestly a lack of respect for us as humans and as paying customers to see security laughing at the situation and not 1 staff member working toward a solution. I asked the next morning about any reparations the next morning for lost time and money (for events we were meant to attend as a group) and was met with "well, would you like a cup of coffee for the trouble?" I will be averting people from the use of this hotel in the future.

I do like that weed is smoked outside the hotel door. I do not like the bathrooms they are dated and hard to take a pleasurable shower in them. The breakfast was absolutely horrible, cold and almost raw potato's with no taste only chicken sausage. The bar and most of the staff are great when working with customers/guests. I do like the international atmosphere that the LBH offers and enjoy staying there. The magic show was very enjoyable and the hosts were great when interacting with customers. The outside of the hotel could be toned down a bit as it could be a reason why some people might not book stays there. Front desk workers are hardworking and diligent and will try to solve any problem you bring them.

There was a spill in the hotel lobby that was not cleaned up swiftly. Then the elevator went out and the fire department had to be called to fix it. We had to walk down 8 flights of steps and were told that only steps were available to walk back up to the 3rd floor. If we had not had a plan to go out for a while, we would have just been sitting in the lobby with the spill that seemed to be urine as it was directly in front of the locked lobby restroom!

We enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Lord Baltimore hotel. Our double queen room was so spacious and clean. I was impressed with the room darkening curtains! They allowed us all to sleep in, which was wonderful. There was also a neat city view from our 10th floor windows. I was surprised how much of the city noise we could hear but we had a boise machine with us that blocked most of that sufficiently. We didnt feel safe to walk outside after dark and there was very limited dining choices so we tried the onsite LB Tavern. I did not care for my BLT sandwich at all but my husband enjoyed his crabcake sandwich. My daughter got the table a crab dip appetizer and it was so delicious. She had the filet mignon which was also superb! Our waitress was the only employee in the restaurant besides the cook. She was swamped with patrons but was doing an excellent job taking orders, making drinks and serving. What I saw her handle was incredible. However, we did have to wait a long time for our food to come, for refills and then a long time for our check. I do understand she was going in all directions and desperately needed help. So, I dont fault her at all. I was surprised that in a big city like Baltimore, that there wasn't a plethora of eateries and shops all along the street, around the hotel, to go to. I also feel that the parking was expensive and should be included with your hotel stay. But the valet was attentive and fast, just expensive. Overall, I would recommend the Lord Baltimore
