I absolutely loved the location and the ease with checking in. All of the staff members were courteous and very accommodating. Roddy in the breakfast and kitchen area was so attentive and performed her duties with a smile. She was always very polite, friendly and pleasant.

Staybridge only seems to have a 1800# for booking at this property and had trouble connecting with the front desk. I tried calling this property to confirm the dates & ask about parking because I was arriving very late but could not find the number easily. After finally finding the number off their website, the front desk person mumbled and rudely responded to my questions with questions. It did not get better once I arrived with another person as they seemed annoyed we were there. Room was fine. Beds fairly uncomfortable. The bathroom of the suite we were in was weird and did not have great privacy. I would not eat breakfast there if I were you. All 3 of our party felt sick after, and I am pretty certain I was food poisoned. Only really good thing I can say is that its location is pretty convenient to the Inner Harbor. I would choose elsewhere if I have to go back to Baltimore.

Our stay at the Staybridge was excellent. The rooms were large and the location was greatly located to all attractions. Could walk everywhere. I'm from Baltimore so the area can be a little rough because of its location a street down from Baltimore street - which is the same street to the main Police department. So like with all cities just be cautious at night. The hotel was an old building with high ceilings and the complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels. It was a nice surprise. I would definitely stay at the Staybridge again. We went on a Saturday and across the street was 24 hour parking for 20 dollars which for a city is cheap and the building was secure.

Overall, this hotel was great. However, temps were high 80s-90s and the AC had to be fixed 4 times in our room. This was not ideal. Especially with a small baby.

The stay itself was just fine. The employees were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was appreciated. There being no parking except for valet or a $35 parking garage was unfortunate. Also, attached to the building is a strip club, so that is unsightly.
