"We used Snowdonia Mountain Lodge as an overnight rest stop near to a family gathering. We were all really happy with the accommodation, and it was better than we would have expected for the price we paid. Everything was clean, warm, dry and comfortable. Also, there is a small fridge-freezer in the family apartment, which we didn't realise, but could be really useful to know for someone reading this review. As it stands, we plan to stay here again for the next family gathering, so book it now, before we do!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout my stay. Every member of the team I encountered was approachable and attentive, making it clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable — a perfect space to unwind after a long day. The bed was cozy, the bathroom spotless, and all the facilities were in good working order. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and tidy, which made for a restful night’s sleep. I also had a chance to try the food in the bar, and it exceeded expectations. The menu was varied, and everything I ordered was tasty and well-presented. It’s always a bonus when hotel dining is genuinely enjoyable rather than just convenient, and in this case, it really was. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight, with a wide selection of options available, including well-prepared vegetarian choices. It was fresh, plentiful, and served in a pleasant dining area — a great way to start the day. Overall, this hotel ticked all the boxes for a comfortable and pleasant stay. With its friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, and great food options, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers. "

"Excellent hotel. Ttey have thought of everything. Lovely terraced bar. Room very nice with coffee machine. Even had a bag of 2ps that we spent in the arcades. Parking is a nightmare but thats nothing to do with the hitel that is Llandudno in the summer. Deffo be back and hopefully very soon. "

"Everything about the hotel was excellent; particularly the friendly and efficient staff. BUT wouldn't go again, sadly, because of the lack of parking which, accepted is not the Hotel's fault. Only solution we could think of is some form of valet parking."
