“Everything was excellent except for the bathtub where the pipe was clogged and the water was accumulated very soon.”

“The young lady that took care of us was so nice and polite. The rooms are a bit small but super clean and everything looks remodeled and brand new . The air conditioning is a plus… the room Also included free breakfast. I needed transportation going back to the airport and paid Q60 wich was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again when I travel back to Guatemala!!”

“Good Hotel was firstly a great value. Room was great, water pressure excellent, good lighting, handheld shower and big rain head shower head as well. The patio was sweet, great views. (I was on floor 7) The staff was superlative! I dealt with several and they were all above and beyond. Truly… I was not expecting such an overall fabulous experience. One thing, I think they could have a little bit more security with elevators but it was all good! No hesitation to go back again. ”
