"everyone was so lovely and kind. they knew we were coming and were waiting for us when we arrived, very late. my dad left his water bottle in the room, and they immediately went and got it for us. we had just come from a not very nice hotel stay in missouri the night before, so this was like a breath of fresh air, and so comforting. "We have been stay at this TownePlace Suiyes in Ironton, Oh ever since it opened. I do not have a problem with pets at the hotel. Up until a year ago we always had our cocker spaniel with us. HOWEVER I draw the line at them going into the dining area. There was an older couple that had a yapping little dog that they brought into the dining area. I’m not sure if we will stay here any more after this. "
