This beautiful city centre apartment could not be better located, right at Barcelona´s central square, Plaça Catalunya. A similar apartment is almost impossible to find in this area of the city.



New throughout and with hardwood floor finishes, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double with built in wardrobes and 1 twin room. The clean lines and neutral tones create a light airy space. The new bathroom is complete with bath, shower and two basins.



The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment.



If you are keen to explore everything Barcelona center has to offer this is definitely the choice for you. The famous Las Ramblas starts just the other side of the square. Also, just on the doorstep is Passeig de Gracia, Rambla Catalunya, Plaza Universitat and the main shopping street Portal del Angel. You can get around the city easily with bus, metro and taxi station all in the vicinity. If you prefer to wander around on foot this is perfect to discover the winding streets of the Gothic and Raval quarters or see the Cathedral or Picasso museum in the fashionable Borne district. This apartment is a true oasis in one of the most popular city destinations in Europe.







CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

Check in after 15:00.

Check out before 11:00.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs.

Kindly note that check-ins after 9 p.m. have an extra cost: Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€.

Please, make sure you give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment.







HOUSE RULES:

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents.

Loud noise after 10 p.m. and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated as well as complaints. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited.

The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in penalties from extra charges of 84€ to the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.

The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.









IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old are accepted.

Public parking available on request for 27.50€ per night.

The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it’s mandatory for all guests older than 16 years old, only applicable to the first 7 nights.

Pets (under 5 kg) are allowed for en extra charge, prior confirmation needed.



Due to the construction work begin carried out in the building next door, bookings for this apartment are subject to a special discount.
