Reasonable distance to the airport (although Google sent us a 11km „tour“ to get there, rather than the 5km it should have been), in the industrial / port area. Not enticing to go for a walk or grab a bite to eat outside the hotel - but that’s not really what you look for at an airport hotel. Great breakfast buffet

Hotel desk staff were very nice and helpful, but the staff at the restaurant/bar were non existent when we had dinner and a drink. Room was very nice and comfy, but the AC didn’t work very well and it was very hot. The tv in the room wouldn’t connect to the internet so I was stuck watching hours of Spanish tv in a boiling hot room on my long layover. Wouldn’t stay here again

Property was good for the price, fridge in the room didn’t work so the minibar stuff was all warm, but otherwise it was good. You can buy cold drinks down in the lobby anyway.

Shuttle was 45 minutes late and we had to call the hotel for it. We booked two rooms and they were on different floors. Loud music playing in the bar until 12am that could be heard in the rooms. Bar staff were not service oriented and outright rude. Hotel desk staff told us we had two free drinks of anything but when we tried to redeem the coupon, the lady denied it and we had to get the manager. The hotel is a joke. It is not located near anything. I would never stay here again. I got ripped off!

It claimed to be close to the airport which was a bus ride of 20 min away. Terrible neighborhood, industrial and very busy!! Receptionists just worked on their computers, not much personal interaction w guests in fact it wasn’t like a hotel at all!
