Ideal for families with children and groups
Next to "El Corte Ingles" on Avenida Diagonal, one of the main shopping streets of Barcelona. In the area with, parks, restaurants and hospitals, among them the famous BARRAQUER CLINIC. Easy access to go to CAMP NOU. Allowed to smoke only and exclusively in the laundry room and on the main balcony. It is located in a residential building with elevator next to Avenida Diagonal, one of the main commercial areas of Barcelona with a wide selection of restaurants, clubs and cafes
The apartment consists of:
- Large living room
- Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven and microwave);
- 3 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed.
- 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Located in the neighborhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, the apartment enjoys a very quiet position in one of the richest districts of the city, with a wide selection of restaurants, clubs and cafes in its vicinity.
Diagonal Avenue, one of the main shopping streets of Barcelona, ​​is just around the corner.
In the area there are many private schools, parks and hospitals, including the famous Barraquer Clinic.

Diagonal Avenue is very well connected with buses and in the Plaza Frances Macia you can take the Tram to comfortably get to the Camp Nou, L'Illa Diagonal, the Pedralbes Palace.
The train station of Gracia is a few minutes walk away.
