The first level is intended to accommodate the common areas, which include a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The second level is intended to house the rest areas, with two comfortable double rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed and access to the terrace, while the other room has two single beds and also access to the same terrace. A bathroom with a bathtub is located next to these rooms. On the third level, you can enjoy a large terrace where you can relax, sunbathe or enjoy a drink. It is an optimal place for eloquent evenings. In addition, the apartment has a large outdoor pool where you can spend memorable days or simply relax.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
