“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”

“Everything was great at my first stay at the Bentley. I did self check in on my journey down and when I arrived the reception lady (Sophie) was nice, friendly and efficient, I paid with my credit card, received my keys and was soon up in my room. The room was large but a wee bit dated and tired looking but the bed was great. The heating radiators looked outdated but they worked efficiently and the room was always warm and cosy. The bathroom was clean and I've never stayed in a hotel room that……

“Room was very clean and warm, lovely comfy bed and the lady I met on arrival and leaving was very helpful , even gave me some extra biscuits as I left because the weather was very cold and unpleasant ”

“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“Pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the wines glasses! The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the shared kitchen clean and pleasant to sit in. We paid for carpark and were allowed to leave car the next for a visit of the city. A nice 20 minutes walk along the canal. Host very prompt and polite by text once we had booked. Great price for the convenience and facilities. Thank you ☺️ ”

“Lovely place to stay- self contained accommodation with walk in shower, cloakroom, and generous bedroom. Room was cleaned daily. Lovely outdoor spaces, set in medieval Grantham. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We ate at the Piggy Bank which was about 5 mins walk away. 100% would stay again.”
