Old fashioned B&B, friendly owners and staff. Only downfall is the noise of the motorway at night
Me and my wife stayed at Stoke Rochford hall as a one night getaway. The architecture, gardens and general surroundings are out of this world. We had a fantastic time and would definitely go back. A fantastic place.
We had a very enjoyable stay the staff were very friendly and efficient. The bed was a little to soft for my taste. Breakfast lovely. A very nice area.
A very old and quirky hotel. 14th century with uneven floors tight stairways. Good menu full english breakfast.Tremendous value.
Fantastic place to stay and the owner is extremely helpful, going out of his way to provide everything you need. (Due to a medical issue i neded a landline available, out of 20 properties i asked only this owner responded by offering to purchase one giving me the peace of mind to have a short break ...
Comfortable room with nice new bathroom . Very good food which was made fresh and piping hot Pleasant staff who were very welcoming . Good parking facilities . . The pub itself is ‘oldy worldy’ and is situated in a quiet rural village but would benefit from some updating in the bar/restaurant .
We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it - one of the best little boutique places that we have stayed at. The hosts were fantastic, the facilities were excellent and the place spotless and very spacious - your own little mini cottage. Ideal for a weekend getaway!
thouroughly enjoyed it would recomend cottage to anyone who wants a nice quiet break
This is our second visit to the cottage with my father. It is super and clean within easy reach of Rutland water and with a super pub right next door. This time we brought the dog who enjoyed all the nearby walks. It was a lovely short break. Thank you.
