The front desk attendant, Akaash, was very friendly and helped answer all my questions. Front desk was present 24/7 making my late night ride from Bangalore feel safe.”

“It is mentioned in Hotels.com that there is kids' area but it's not there. We booked a rio superior but looks like we got a rio studio only. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give. But the complimentary breakfast they provide is excellent with a variety of dishes. That's one very good positive thing we noticed there. Otherwise it's a very……

“The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.”

“The location is very ideal and the parking is available at the property. The staff were very friendly and polite. The apartment itself needed some maintenance, but it was good for a family and we were there only for a long weekend so it suited our purpose, but in general, I would say the apartment was neat and tidy.”

“This property feels more like a basic lodge and does not meet the standards of a three-star hotel. Cleanliness is below expectations, and overall maintenance is poor. The air conditioning is centrally preset with no option to adjust the temperature, making the room uncomfortably hot despite being advertised as air-conditioned. It is definitely not suitable for families. I only stayed here for one night as a stopover during a drive. Overall, the experience was disappointing.”
